Accounts are one of the main objects in Iziago. They are used:

  • When creating or editing transactions, to define which accounts to use
  • In cash forecasting, to compute balances
  • In payment, to create payment file from the accounts

You must define generic settings as well as settings by module:

  • For cash forecasting: definition of initial amounts and thresholds for alert, so that the computed balances fit the reality of your bank accounts
  • For payment: the software proposes you to use templates, definable in the payment settings of the accounts

This screen allows you to display and access the accounts of the different companies added to your Iziago's account. From this page, you can:

  • Add new accounts
  • View accounts
  • Edit accounts
  • Delete accounts

In the table, you can sort the accounts by owner (one of your companies) and by counterparty type:

  • Bank, for bank accounts
  • Company, for intercompany accounts. These accounts allow to register transactions carried out between different companies of your group
  • Shareholder, for shareholders. These accounts allow to register transactions carried out between a shareholder and a company

The composition of Account objects is based on the CashAccount element in ISO 20022.

(To learn the basics on Iziago's tables, please consult the Tables page).
