Connection

To log into Iziago:

  1. Enter your username
  2. Enter your password
  3. Click the Sign in button

If you have lost your username or password, click the Lost username? and Lost password? buttons to recover them.
If your password is obsolete but has not expired, Iziago automatically invites you to enter a new one.

 

At this point, you need to enter a 4-digit security code that you can find on your authentication card. This card is intended to ensure a high level of security by preventing unauthorised connections.
 

How does the authentication card work?

After entering your username and password, Iziago asks you to enter a code (in this example, B2), and displays digits from 0 to 9 randomly placed in a grid:


On our authentication card, the code in the B2 cell is 1763:

  1. Click the four digits in the grid
    If you click an incorrect digit, click the Reset button and enter the code again.
  2. Click the Sign in button

Possible connection issues

Iziago automatically blocks users in the following cases:

  • Too many failed attempts by IP
  • Too many failed attempts by username
  • Too much time passed since last connection
  • Too much time passed between subscription and first connection
